Refund Policy
NorthGarden sells digital goods through Framer. Because delivery is immediate and files or access are released at checkout, refunds are limited to the situations described below. By purchasing or accessing a product, you confirm you have reviewed the listing and agree to this policy.
1. Overview
Products sold on Framer are digital. This includes:
- Framer templates
- Framer code components
- Framer plugins
- Figma files
- Related digital assets bundled with the above
Once you receive access (for example, a remix link, download, or other delivery method shown at purchase), the product is considered delivered.
2. No refunds on digital products
All sales are final once any of the following has been delivered or accessed:
- Framer remix or project links
- Template source files or bundled assets
- Figma files or design resources
- Code components or plugin packages
- Download links or access credentials
This applies whether you have used, edited, duplicated, published, installed, or never opened the files.
3. Eligible for a refund
We consider refunds only in these cases:
Duplicate purchase
You accidentally bought the same product more than once. Reach out with both order references so we can verify.
Verified technical issue
The item has a confirmed technical fault that prevents it from working as described, you worked with us to fix it, and the problem remains. Please include clear evidence—screenshots, screen recordings, or a detailed written summary.
Refund requests must be submitted within 8 days of purchase. Approved refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Bundles
When you buy a bundle, it is one purchase covering every item in that bundle. Refund eligibility applies to the bundle as a whole—we do not offer partial refunds for individual items inside a bundle.
5. Non-refundable circumstances
We do not grant refunds when:
- You no longer need the product
- You prefer a different product
- You change your mind
- You are unhappy with features that were clearly shown before purchase
- You lack the skills or time to implement the purchase
- You do not have the required Framer account, software, or plan
- You report a technical issue without adequate evidence
- You believe the listing was misleading based only on personal taste
- You bought the wrong product or listing by mistake
- You ask for a partial refund
We also do not refund based on subjective judgments, including aesthetics, perceived design quality, layout expectations, brand fit, client feedback, or changes to your creative direction. Evaluating fit is your responsibility before you buy; live demos and previews are provided for that purpose.
6. Framer subscriptions and third-party services
Some listings may mention Framer subscriptions or other third-party offers. Those services are sold, billed, and supported only by their providers.
- Subscriptions and billing are handled by the third party
- Promo codes are issued and governed by the third party
- Pricing, eligibility, and plan limits are set externally
NorthGarden does not control third-party subscriptions, discounts, or billing. Resolve subscription or account issues directly with the provider (for Framer platform concerns, contact Framer).
7. Promotional descriptions
Phrases such as “months free” are descriptive summaries based on public pricing at the time of writing. The actual discount always follows the terms of the relevant promotion—for example, annual billing requirements defined by the issuing company.
8. Demo content and placeholder information
Templates may include sample names, placeholder text, imaginary brands, or demo contact details. These exist to illustrate layout and are not real people, companies, or official support channels.
Placeholder email addresses, domains, or phone numbers in demos are not functional and must not be treated as a way to reach NorthGarden. If a placeholder contact does not work, that is not a product defect and is not grounds for a refund.
Official support for purchases is only through info@northgarden.com and other addresses on the @northgarden.com domain that we publish for this purpose.
9. Technical requirements
Products may require:
- An active Framer account
- Familiarity with Framer’s editor and publishing workflow
- Access to certain Framer features depending on your plan
Our goods are built for Framer. They are not intended for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, or other builders. Platform incompatibility is not a defect and does not qualify for a refund. Being new to Framer is likewise not a technical failure on our side.
10. Support
Email info@northgarden.com for questions about a product you bought. We respond in English; help in other languages may be offered when we can but is not guaranteed.
Support does not include:
- Custom design or development beyond the purchased files
- Full website builds or production hand-holding
- Hosting, billing, or subscription management
- Configuration of third-party accounts or tools
Please confirm requirements in the listing before you purchase.
11. Third-party platform changes
Our products rely on Framer, which Framer operates independently. NorthGarden is not responsible for Framer changing features, pricing, APIs, or plan limits—even when those updates affect how a template behaves.
If a Framer change breaks core functionality in a way we can fix in the files, we will try to ship an update within a reasonable time. That effort is best-effort, not a guarantee, and it does not create a refund obligation. For Framer account or platform issues, contact Framer directly.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy at any time. The latest version will always live on this page. Continued purchases after an update mean you accept the revised terms; please review this page periodically.
13. Disputes and chargebacks
If something goes wrong with an order, email info@northgarden.com before starting a payment dispute. Most issues are faster to resolve with us directly.
Digital products are delivered immediately. Access events (for example, opening a remix link) can be recorded. We retain order records and related verification data and may share them with payment partners during a dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is decided in our favor, you may be responsible for any chargeback fees the processor assesses.
